Crime Walk

Lake Worth neighbors are uniting against the recent crime spree and are joining with the PBSO to hold a Crime Walk on Sunday afternoon, May 3, 2015. We will meet at 4:30 pm at the Lake Worth City Hall at intersection of Lake Ave and Dixie Hwy, and walk at 5:00 pm. We will walk local streets and alleys streets in the surrounding neighborhoods. We will discuss our concerns and document with pictures or notes. With PBSO and our attentive neighbors “Making the Call”, we hope to make a difference!

A second Crime Walk will be held on May 17th. We are meeting at 4:30 pm at South Grade Elementary and will walk at 5:00 pm for about an hour through Pineapple Beach neighborhood. We will have the Make the Call cards to hand out and hope to engage the neighbors in making the call to PBSO if they see anything suspicious in their neighborhoods.
